Thank you for reading and replying Chase.
I totally agree. IIRC there's been great civil unrest, turmoil, and threats of parliamentary dissolution due to ongoing judicial reforms, and what the mayor of Tel Aviv called a fascist theocracy (as quoted in the Times of Israel, https://www.timesofisrael.com/tel-aviv-mayor-warns-israel-heading-toward-a-fascist-theocracy/).
I sincerely hope, pray, and wish the civilian populations in both Israel and Palestine (Gaza, West Bank, etc.) are able to participate as equal citizens in whatever formulates to be the best, most realistic solution for a lasting peace: a vision without apartheid, brutalization, colonization, dehumanization, occupation, and constant warfare. I don't want to see more dead babies and children, especially. Still, I am sad to admit I highly doubt a two-state solution will manifest within my lifetime.
Glad and grateful for your insightful perspective.
